I’m Jess and I am here to help! It all starts with self care, and sometimes that is easier said than done. I don’t just mean pedicures and a good book, I mean deep self care. When working with me, You get to be the Role model of Deep self Love and for your sweet and maybe suffering Teen. I stand for the health and happiness of your family unit, whatever that unit may look like. It always starts with you, and I am proud, honored and humbled to hold your hand to help you become the greatest Love of your life. 

I hold a Degree in Holistic Health and Wellness, I am a Nutritionist, and was an educator (Phys. Ed, Sex Ed, Health) (grades 1-12) for over a decade. After my teaching days, I moved to the other end of the spectrum where I served the aging population and people with disabilities by offering Non-medical Holistic Home Care services. My collective experience with serving and working with both Adults and Children have brought me to this very place, where I have the honor of serving YOU and your beautiful Family.

My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. I was JUST LIKE YOU, searching for support, LIGHT, a place to start, and some guidance. I found my tribe, support and guides, and I can help you do the same.
