The path here

I came to wellness work the way many people do — through my own years of being unwell. Not catastrophically, but persistently. Sleeping poorly. Pushing through. Mistaking exhaustion for ambition.

The turn started with sleep — not a sleep app, not a supplement, but a real, slow rebuilding of how I lived. From there it widened into coaching, into nervous-system work, and eventually into the psychedelic medicines that, when held with care, can do in three sessions what years of talking around something never quite reach.

I built Wellness Matters as the practice I would have wanted to find myself — honest, unhurried, grounded in both science and reverence. Now I get to walk alongside other people who are ready to make the same turn.

Training & license

  • B.S. in Holistic Health and Wellness — a degree-grounded foundation in whole-person health.
  • Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach — trained in the behavioral and daily- habit work that sleep, stress, and energy actually rest on.
  • Certified Aromatherapist · Herbalist · Nutritionist — deep training in plant-based supports for the body, mind, and daily ritual.
  • Licensed Colorado psilocybin facilitator — authorized under the Colorado Natural Medicine Health Act. Preparation, journey, and integration held according to current state guidelines.

What I stand for

01 · Unhurried, on purpose. We are not in a rush. Healing has a pace. I keep the schedule loose enough that the work has room to happen.

02 · Both science and reverence. Behavioral protocols matter. So does the felt sense that something sacred is being done. I hold both at once.

03 · You are not the problem. Most people I meet are already doing more than they should. The work is rarely about adding effort. Usually it's about subtraction.

04 · Held, then released. I want you to need me less, not more. The aim of every container is to give you something you can carry on your own.

If you've been pushing through for a long time, the most radical thing I can offer is permission to stop. Then we figure out the rest.
